Our District

Utah's Second Congressional District is the largest in the state, stretching from the red rock beauty of St. George to the charming city of Bountiful and everything in between. Ranchers, farmers, entrepreneurs, miners, servicemembers, and other hardworking Utahns call it home, carrying forward a rich pioneer heritage of self-reliance and determination.

The Second District is home to three of Utah's five national parks—Zion, Capitol Reef, and Bryce Canyon—as well as four state parks. These natural treasures draw visitors from across the country and around the world who come to explore and recreate on Utah's public lands.

The district's economy is as diverse as its landscape. Beaver County boasts one of the largest geothermal projects in the nation. Agriculture and ranching have deep roots throughout Southern Utah communities. Universities like Utah Tech and Southern Utah University are shaping the next generation of leaders. And in the northwest, the Tooele Army Depot and Dugway Proving Ground serve critical national defense missions as the Army's premier ammunition storage and testing facilities.

From its iconic landscapes to its tight-knit communities, the Second District represents the best of Utah—and Congresswoman Maloy is committed to ensuring it remains a place where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and local voices are heard in Washington.
