Congress

America has the greatest system of governance in the world, and Congress is one of our key institutions. However, the executive branch has become too powerful and assumed Congress’ job of legislating. I believe we need to rebalance the powers between our three branches of government, and Congress needs to reclaim its rulemaking authority.
